Through this strategic partnership, TVSTS and Guidance Tamil Nadu aim to strengthen industry-aligned higher education and large-scale skill development across the state. As part of this collaboration, 7,000+ youth from ITI, Diploma, and Graduate backgrounds will receive advanced training, certification, and promising employment opportunities.
TVSTS will directly hire 4,200+ candidates across the TVS Group, while the remaining trainees will be placed in leading organisations across Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, BFSI, Retail, and other key sectors.
